A Day in the Kitchen

You will be an integral part of our daily operations, ensuring our made-to-order food items are consistent and up to standard every-time. Your daily workflow will include:

• Morning Prep: Following detailed recipes. Cooking hot entrees, prepping salads, cookies, and grab'n'go items.
• Line Excellence: Conducting line checks with managers and maintaining a fully stocked, organized station.
• ​​​​​​​The Lunch Rush: Working the lunch rush and supporting catering orders.
• Vegetable Prep & Organization: Chopping all vegetables and clearing the dish area to keep the workflow smooth.
• Station Stewardship: Detailed cleaning of equipment (flat tops, ovens, prep coolers) and performing daily extra cleaning tasks as needed.
