Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, engaging customer service and styling recommendations
- Drive sales through product knowledge and customer interaction
- Support cashier, fitting room, and sales floor operations
- Receive, organize, and replenish inventory
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales and store goals
Qualifications
- Retail, customer service, hospitality, or similar experience preferred
- Passion for fashion and the Cider brand
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and handling stock shipments
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
