Job DescriptionDegree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP) for a full-time school-based position near San Luis Obispo, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with elementary-aged students while collaborating with a supportive educational team focused on student success.
We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs). Supervision and mentorship will be provided for CF candidates.

Position Details
- School District: San Luis Coastal Unified School District
- Location: San Luis Obispo, CA
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: Elementary School Students
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Clinical Fellowship Supervision: Provided
- Pay Rate: $48–$55 per hour
Requirements
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License (or eligibility)
- Open to CCC-SLPs and CF-SLPs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
