<p>Experience in civil grading plans, civil site work such as utilities, land development and drawings representing telecommunications fiber or pipeline is ideal.</p>
<p>Backgrounds in surveying and civil mapping are ideal as well including experience with Google Earth OR GIS &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
