Position Overview
The Assistant Community Manager supports daily operations across a high-volume property of approximately 260+ units. This role requires strong property management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Resident relations including inquiries, concerns, notices, and general communication
- Rent collections and delinquency follow up
- Touring units and supporting leasing activity
- Processing applications, move ins, and move outs
- Coordinating maintenance requests and communicating with the onsite team
- Conducting property inspections and documenting findings
- Supporting the Community Manager with administrative and operational tasks
- Traveling between multiple properties throughout the day as needed
Required Experience
- Prior property management experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable handling challenging situations with patience and clarity
- Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation
