Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure, including SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- School-based SLP experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds considered
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Open to new graduates and experienced clinicians alike
- Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged children
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to an elementary caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement evidence-based therapy
- Collaborate closely with educators and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
- Adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs
