Job Summary

Seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Nevada and Yuba Counties. The RN will perform patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, provide education to patients and caregivers, coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Mileage reimbursement is provided in addition to the bill rate.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of professional nursing experience
• Acute care or Home Health experience
• Current California RN License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the assigned service area

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Coverage Area: Nevada & Yuba Counties
