Compensation

  • Base Pay: $30–35/hour
  • Performance Bonus & Enrollment Incentives
  • Estimated Total Compensation: $61,000–$100,000+

Schedule

  • 35–40 hours/week
  • 48 working weeks per year
  • 4 scheduled weeks off
    • Week 1 Off: July 4th week
    • Week 2 Off: Thanksgiving week
    • Week 3 Off: Christmas week
    • Week 4 Off: New Year week

Think Zone is a fast-growing Bay Area-based learning center brand, offering personalized, effective math learning for K–8 students. Through a powerful combination of curriculum, system, and human support, we are scaling a new kind of education experience.

About the Role

As a Learning Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations, growth, and family experience of a Think Zone learning center.

This role combines operations, customer success, community outreach, and team leadership. You'll work closely with students, families, tutors, and headquarters to help grow a successful education center while building valuable management and business skills.

  • Build strong relationships with students and families
  • Monitor student progress and learning outcomes
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the student journey

Center Operations

  • Manage daily center operations and scheduling
  • Coordinate tutors, classrooms, and learning resources
  • Maintain smooth and efficient center performance

Growth & Community Engagement

  • Support local marketing events and school partnerships
  • Help convert trial students into long-term enrollments
  • Represent Think Zone within the local community

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and support tutors with HQ guidance
  • Foster a positive and accountable team culture
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person full-time work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus (not required)
