South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking a Public Areas Maintenance tech. The ideal candidate will have general custodial experience and great customer service. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Essential duties include:
Maintains property cleanliness including but not limited to offices, production areas, public areas, and equipment through development and implementation of preventive maintenance program.
Assists with the installation and modification of buildings equipment systems.
Inspects buildings, grounds, and equipment of unsafe or malfunctioning conditions and cleanliness.
Execute routine exterior power washing of sidewalks, entryways, patios, and tasting room exteriors to maintain premium resort aesthetics.
Manage daily fountain maintenance, including water chemistry testing, debris skimming, filter cleaning, and pump performance checks.
Perform meticulous venue preparation for weddings, corporate events, and wine tastings by staging layouts and testing event lighting.
Maintain overall property cleanliness across public spaces, and equipment by executing the established preventive maintenance program.
Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
