Job DescriptionProject Superintendent
We have been recognized in construction for 30 years now and have had a major presence in Southern California. We are continuously looking to grow our brand and we are constantly bidding on some of the top projects in the multi-family sector. We are looking to bring on a Project Superintendent to join our team in Santa Maria! If you are a Project Superintendent with Multi-family experience, please read on!
What you will do:
- Multi-Family New Construction Projects
- First Project: 300+ unit garden-style
- Lead projects from start to finish
- Work side by side with Project Management team
- Work with upper leadership to ensure project success
- Work with clients so projects meet their needs
What you need:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience
- 3+ years of Multi-family Experience
- Lead at least one Multi-family project
- High School Diploma
