We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage project delivery and governance, ensuring clients maximize return on investment. You will take ownership of all projects within a program to ensure completion on time, within budget, and against set objectives. Confidence and creativity are key to addressing business needs, managing resources, and handling delivery issues.

Responsibilities for a Senior Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end Model Year changeover and component enhancement projects on large-scale OEM websites from initiation through deployment.
• Effectively balance resourcing, budgets, and time constraints to manage risks and pre-empt issues.
• Create timelines across agency and client stakeholder teams, ensuring a collaborative "one team" approach.
• Manage multi-vendor environment orchestration, serving as the primary integrator between internal teams and external partners.
• Develop contracts and help design innovative delivery teams to meet program objectives.
• Evaluate and improve delivery practices, methodology, and strategic requirements.
• Communicate succinctly within a wide range of positions, personalities, and roles, both internally and externally.

Requirements for a Senior Project Manager

• Experience: 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within a high-volume digital agency or in-house marketing team.
• Automotive OEM: Direct experience is required, with a specific understanding of vehicle trim/package logic and the annual model year transition cycle.
• Tools: Proficiency in Jira/Confluence; experience with resource management tools (e.g., SmartSheet, Mavenlink, Workamajig) is preferred.
• CMS Platforms: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including component-based page building and asset tagging.
• Client Management: Proven "white-glove" client-facing skills to lead high-stakes status meetings and manage senior-level stakeholders.
• Methodology: Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading ceremonies.
• Finance & Scope: Experience drafting SOWs, managing project burn rates, and identifying scope creep.

QA & UAT: Track record of orchestrating complex testing cycles for web components (e.g., configurators)
