Location: Napa, CA
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extension Possible)
Schedule
- Day Shift
- 8-Hour Shifts
- Start times vary between 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM
- Weekend coverage required on a rotating basis
- Saturday/Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation
- Travel Pay: $2,700–$3,400/week (based on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatments in a multidisciplinary oncology setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while collaborating with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, dosimetrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent Radiation Therapist experience
- First-time travelers accepted
- California State License preferred
- Pending California License accepted

Key Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments according to physician treatment plans
- Accurately position patients and verify treatment setup prior to therapy delivery
- Operate radiation therapy equipment safely and effectively
- Monitor patients during treatment and address concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation
- Follow radiation safety standards and departmental protocols
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, physicists, and nursing staff
- Participate in quality assurance and patient care initiatives
- Provide compassionate support and education to oncology patients throughout treatment
