We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to support a friendly and engaging male client with cerebral palsy affecting mobility from the waist down. He is a super sweet individual who enjoys conversation and values meaningful connection.
Client Overview:
- Diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy (waist down involvement)
- Wheelchair user
- Independent in communication and enjoys social interaction
- Motivated to remain active and involved in the community
Responsibilities:
- Assist with transfers and mobility support
- Provide assistance with ADLs (as needed)
- Support with personal care and hygiene
- Accompany client to community outings (shopping, events, appointments, recreational activities)
- Encourage social engagement and meaningful conversation
- Provide companionship and promote independence
Ideal Candidate:
- Patient, friendly, and dependable
- Comfortable assisting with mobility and transfers
- Enjoys conversation and engaging with clients
- Experience with physical disabilities preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if transportation is required)

Requirements:Requirements:
- Two valid forms of identification
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Negative TB (tuberculosis) test result
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow care instructions
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to pass a background check
