Overview
MAC Faucets, a highly innovative a leader in commercial restroom fixtures, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer who can think out of the box to join our engineering team. We’re currently on a quest to complete our new and groundbreaking product line “EvrLastTM”.

This is a unique opportunity for an engineer to directly influence product design and innovation in the decorative plumbing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, a proven track record of original work, and the ability to transform concepts into manufacturable, high-quality products. Competency in hydraulics or pneumatics is highly considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop faucets, flush valves, and accessories from concept through production.
- Create and maintain 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, quality) to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop prototypes, conduct performance and durability testing, and implement improvements.
- Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Research new materials, finishes, and emerging technologies to inspire innovative product solutions.
- Participate in design reviews, balancing creativity with technical precision.
- Provide documentation and engineering support to suppliers and manufacturers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in the related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Portfolio or examples of previous creative engineering work (required).
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and strong CAD modeling skills.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes: casting, machining, plastics, and finishing.
- Experience with prototyping, 3D printing, testing, and GD&T.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
