JOB DESCRIPTION:
Esthetician License (Required)
As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

Always provide excellent customer service to all guests.

Achieve personal and store sales and service goals.

Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products and all product lines represented in the salon.

Perform 40–50 minute services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, HydraFacial’s, Procell, lash lift& tint, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting, scalp massage. Actively recommends additional services when appropriate.

Analyzing Acne clients for Face Reality Acne protocol, selling Face Reality packages and products.

Use Boulevard point of sale system for client notes and to book clients for return services.

Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance.

Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.

Work with the Lead Esthetician to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are always on hand.

Assist in all in store operational processes, including housekeeping, towel/sheet laundry and cleaning the salon to ensure the salon is always ready to greet clients and invite them to a beautiful, clean salon.

Ensure salon standards are adhered to at all times.

Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

Attend mandatory esthetician and product training, including team meetings.
Marketing Support participation requirements…

Support the team in bringing our brand to life — help with in-store promotions, branded social media content during your shift, and local events.

Prepare materials for national and local promotions and assist in setting up in store displays for events and at pop ups

Participate in off-site pop-ups to connect with new clients and share the FACE FOUNDRIÉ experience.

Participate in Photo and Video content to be use on Social Media platforms.

During works shifts go into the community to promote and educate people about FACE FOUNDRIÉ
Experience we are looking for…
-
California Esthetician License
-
Experience in facials, extractions, dermaplaning, HydraFacial, Procell, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting, lash lift + tinting.

Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.

Developed communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently, and most importantly as a team player.

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to retain clients
Preliminary Training Plan…
-
In-person, 10-day training from April 6th - April 17th
-
Paid 20 hours of remote training prior to in-person training
-
Remote training can be done in tandem with final two weeks at another company
Compliance & Off-Site Work…
For any required off-site events (such as pop-ups), employees will:

Be compensated for travel time in accordance with California labor law.

Be reimbursed for mileage if using a personal vehicle (per CA Labor Code § 2802).

Receive all legally mandated meal and rest breaks.
-
Have all work and travel time counted toward total hours worked, including overtime where applicable.

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
Pay: hourly pay + commissions + gratuities + membership sales commission
