We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to support daily manufacturing operations by assembling, filling, packaging, and palletizing products. This role will operate production equipment, perform quality checks, maintain a clean workspace, and safely use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
- Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment
- Experience with RF scanners, WMS/ERP systems, and basic computer skills preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate filling, packaging, and assembly equipment
- Build, wrap, and label pallets
- Perform quality checks and maintain production records
- Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area
- Support general warehouse and production tasks as needed
