Job DescriptionUForce Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations and contribute to a positive, professional, and community-driven training environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, people-oriented, and motivated to grow within the fitness industry. The Assistant GM will work closely with ownership and staff to support member experience, operational efficiency, and overall gym growth.
Responsibilities
- Support daily gym operations and front-of-house management
- Help create a welcoming, high-energy member experience
- Assist with scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks
- Support membership sales, retention, and community engagement efforts
- Coordinate promotions, events, and outreach initiatives
- Maintain operational organization and professionalism throughout the facility
- Assist with staff coordination and team communication
- Help ensure systems and processes run smoothly day to day
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Interest in fitness, wellness, or community building preferred
