Job Description

Position Title: Project Coordinator

Summary of Position:

We are looking for a motivated individual to facilitate the flow of accurate information between the TSR shop floor and office/management teams.

Description of Duties, Including but Not Limited To:

Attend regular workflow and project task meetings
Task tracking and due-outs
Punch lists development tracking
Distribute drawings to the shop departments
Regularly check that the drawings in use are the latest revision.
Maintain stock of common parts and fasteners.
Organize parts and new materials
Update ERP and purchasing systems with status of items as they are received.
Follow up on open questions and unresolved problems.
Develop internal standards for repetitive tasks
Gather as-built information and track ECR progress on the shop floor
Keep parts inventory organized and labeled
Communicate with and provide support to onsite project management staff and determine needs for material and administrative support
Follow all purchasing guidelines and internal procedures

Job Requirements:

- Must have experience with, and general understanding of, fabrication and manufacturing procedures

· Must have direct experience in management

· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

· Team player, self-driven, takes initiative, enthusiastic

· Standard 8 hour work day will fall within 6AM to 2:45PM range (longer days might be required when we are busy)

Be willing to work 8-12 hrs as necessary

· Employees will be working indoors as well as outdoors

· Good communication skills

· Flexibility, reliability, and ability to work with a team

Understands and practices safety in all work circumstances
Has a positive attitude
