• Strong phlebotomy and IV start skills required

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for an outpatient healthcare setting in California. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist with clinical procedures, perform venipuncture and IV starts, support providers during patient visits, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and clinical intake procedures
• Administer treatments and medications as directed
• Perform phlebotomy and blood specimen collection
• Initiate and maintain IV access as needed
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
