We're looking for someone to join our team in Shingle Springs, CA!
You will assist with daily store operations including:
- Interacting with customers via phone, walk-in, email
- Small parcel and LTL shipping/receiving
- Organizing/stocking inventory and showroom
- Maintaining an inviting, clean, safe environment for customers and staff
- Light assembly of kits/composites/systems
- Anything else that comes up to keep things running!
Required Skills
Applicant must have:
- Reliable transportation
- Dependability to work scheduled hours
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good independent problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Significant Experience or Proficiency in one or more of the following:
- Retail Sales/Customer Service
- Small Parcel and/or LTL shipping/receiving
- Material handling, product inspection and packaging
Desirable Experience/Skills
Not required, but may be considered an asset during the interview/hiring process:
- Retail store operations
- Technical support/troubleshooting of products and their applications
- Fire pumps, firefighting equipment and related accessories
- Water pumps, water treatment and/or related water products
- eCommerce platform sales/fulfillment (Amazon, Big Commerce, eBay, etc...)
- Bi-Lingual
Physical requirements
Applicant must be able to:
- Stand & talk for extended periods of time
- Routinely lift 30-50 lbs. safely
- Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Successfully complete forklift training and certification
