Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Hold current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based practice
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a public or educational setting
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop treatment plans and measurable goals tailored to each student’s abilities and requirements
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress reports, and required compliance paperwork
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to planning and intervention strategy discussions
