A leading food and beverage production organization is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across high-speed manufacturing plants in Hanford, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who knows how to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, strengthen preventive maintenance programs, and support safe, compliant production.
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a skilled team of maintenance technicians, planners, and parts personnel while partnering closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and plant leadership. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable operational impact in a fast-paced environment governed by GMP, OSHA, USDA, FSMA, and FSSC 22000 standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance operations to maximize equipment uptime, reduce unplanned downtime, and support efficient food production.
- Supervise maintenance technicians, preventive maintenance planners, and parts room personnel, including work assignments, coaching, performance monitoring, and training.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, equipment logs, SOPs, inventory usage, and KPI tracking through COGZ CMMS.
- Troubleshoot emergency breakdowns, coordinate major repairs, support equipment installations, and help plan shutdown activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, 5S standards, equipment reliability improvements, and maintenance department organization.
- Enforce OSHA, GMP, USDA, PMO, FSMA, and FSSC 22000 compliance while promoting a strong safety and quality culture.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 to $95,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
