Our client, an industry leader in electronics manufacturing services, is seeking a dedicated Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the industrial department supporting the electronics manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Test Technician
Location: Milpitas, CA
Pay Range: $23-$24.00/hr
Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM)
What's the Job?
- Perform 5DX, ICT, and FCT testing of PCBA components to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow Test Process Instructions accurately to maintain consistency and reliability in testing procedures.
- Identify components and interpret quality control specifications during testing processes.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve testing issues promptly.
What's Needed?
- Prior experience as a Test Operator in a PCBA electronics manufacturing environment.
- At least three years of work experience in PCBA manufacturing or contract electronics manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of Test Process Instructions and electronics components.
- Ability to interpret quality control specifications and identify electronic components.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
