Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) licensure required
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of school-based or related experience desired
  • Comfortable with both toileting needs and managing mild to severe behavioral challenges

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
  • Provide direct and consultative psychological services to students
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Support students with behavioral interventions across mild to severe caseloads
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
