Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) licensure required
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of school-based or related experience desired
- Comfortable with both toileting needs and managing mild to severe behavioral challenges
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Provide direct and consultative psychological services to students
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Support students with behavioral interventions across mild to severe caseloads
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
