Camper Resorts of America is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Mobile Home & RV Park in Perris, CA. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with residents, keeping the property running smoothly, and driving occupancy and collections. You’ll oversee a team of 4 employees and receive support and guidance from the corporate office in Los Angeles.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to resident needs professionally and promptly.
  • Assign any repairs/maintenance requests from tenants to maintenance team.
  • Perform regular walkthroughs to identify violations, maintenance needs, hazards, etc.
  • Oversee maintenance team. Help prioritize their work and ensure they work efficiently.
  • Collect rent from tenants; follow up on delinquencies.
  • Enforce Park rules (noise, pets, cleanliness).
  • Resolve disputes between neighbors / de-escalate tenant conflicts.
  • Provide answers to prospective tenants and give tours of the property.
  • Manage all move-ins and move-outs (paperwork, inspections, keys, deposits).
  • Coordinate services with vendors. Review and approve invoices.
  • Keep the office organized and tidy.
  • Promptly and accurately provide all tenant and property documents to corporate office/properties administrator daily.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of property management, leasing, or community management experience (preferred).
  • Strong customer service mindset and confident, professional communication.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-focused—you stay ahead of deadlines and issues.
  • Comfortable working independently with remote leadership support.
  • Tech-savvy; experience with property management software a plus (AppFolio preferred).
  • Proficient in reading ledgers and spreadsheet reports.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
