Fulfillment Assistant
Location: Pico Rivera, CA
Compensation: $25.00–$28.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

PGS360 is seeking a hands-on Fulfillment Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and work closely with the Assistant Warehouse Manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong fulfillment experience who enjoys leading by example in a fast-paced 3PL environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations.
- Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in coordinating daily workflow and operational priorities.
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counts.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and according to quality standards.
- Train and support warehouse associates as needed.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.
- Provide operational support to warehouse leadership and step in when needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution experience.
- Previous experience as a Lead, Senior Associate, or similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
