Position Overview\n
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a community-based immunization program. This is a patient-facing role responsible for administering a wide range of vaccines while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, clinically skilled, and passionate about improving community health through preventive care and immunization services.

Key Responsibilities\n

- Administer a variety of vaccines including:\n

- Influenza (Flu)
- COVID-19
- MMR
- Hepatitis A & B
- Tdap
- Shingles
- Pneumococcal
- HPV
- RSV
- Other CDC-recommended immunizations

\n
\n
\n
- Perform patient assessments before vaccine administration.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and immunization records.
- Follow all infection prevention, safety, and vaccine storage protocols.
- Educate patients regarding vaccines, possible side effects, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain professionalism and provide outstanding customer service.
- Support clinic operations while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Adapt to changing workflow and scheduling needs.

Required Qualifications\n
- \n
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably including immunization or vaccination services.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Strong medication administration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
- High School Diploma or GED (verification required).
- Must not appear on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
