Required Qualifications

- Experience: Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting (e.g., Lead Physician, Assistant Medical Director) is usually required for a busy environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills, along with knowledge of healthcare regulations and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
