Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and meet hiring needs
- Recruit for clinical, administrative, and support roles
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication
- Support high-volume hiring initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare, nonprofit, or high-volume recruiting environment
- Experience recruiting clinical or allied health positions

This is a Permanent position based out of Sacramento, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $87360.00 - $98670.00/yr.
