We are seeking a fun and vibrant Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a busy medical practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting patients, managing phone calls, sales and ensuring efficient patient flow.

Duties:

  • Answering phone and greeting patients
  • Scheduling Patients
  • Charging out patients and collecting payments
  • Sales
  • Scanning
  • Data Entry
  • Restocking provider rooms, supplies and supplements
  • Tidying staff rooms, Trash, Dusting, etc.
  • Managing all package deliveries
  • Schedule appointments
  • Entering in Fullscript Prescriptions
  • Calling in Prescriptions
  • Conduct an Inbody Analyses and Blood Pressure & Entering in EMR system
  • Conduct Emsella, HairMetrix, VO2max Treatments
  • Check and respond to voicemails, messages, text messages and chats
  • Sending/Responding to patient messages
  • Follow up/reminder phone calls to patients
  • Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Team Player
  • Other duties to support administrative and other departments team members as assigned

Schedule:


  • 8+ hour shift
  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends


Education:


  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Medical Assistant (Not Required)


Experience:


  • Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer service: 3 years (Required)
