A well established design studio on California's Central Coast is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead high end custom luxury residential projects from concept through completion.
This is a place that takes both design and life seriously. What you would own:
Leading projects start to finish with a sharp eye on budget. Producing comprehensive construction documents with the detailing each project demands. Managing the permitting process across multiple agencies. Coordinating with consultants to develop integrated building systems. Working alongside contractors through construction administration. Leading and collaborating with a talented studio team.
What we are looking for:
5 to 10 years of architecture experience. Strong command of Revit for both modeling and documentation. Advanced knowledge of California Building Codes. A track record of seeing complex projects through without losing sight of the bottom line.
Nice to have:
AutoCAD Architecture proficiency. An architectural degree, licensed or actively pursuing licensure. Rendering and animation skills (Enscape preferred). Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with high end custom residential and commercial or hospitality work.
The package:
$120,000 to $160,000 base, plus bonus opportunities and profit sharing. Fully covered benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Paid holidays and California sick leave. Three weeks vacation and 401(k) with employer contribution.
