Job Description
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Load Balancer Engineer to join a high-impact project supporting one of the largest government clients in Downey, CA. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering the chance to work on critical infrastructure in a dynamic environment. The role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days onsite each week. Please note, this opportunity is available on a W2 basis only.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting F5 load balancing VIPRION based solutions for enterprise environments.
- At least three (3) years as a network administrator using, configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Cisco network equipment for enterprise environments.
- At least two (2) years of experience using, configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting cloud-based load-balancers, servers, and network systems for enterprise environments.
Education Required:
- This classification requires the possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
