We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our service team while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support plumbing technicians in the field
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
- Train, mentor, and evaluate field personnel
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide technical guidance
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and local plumbing codes
- Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and project managers
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of plumbing experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes
- Professional appearance and commitment to excellent customer service
