About The Company:
Addison Group is partnering with a respected healthcare organization seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to support administrative and operational functions across two hospital locations. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clinical leadership while helping ensure efficient provider operations and day-to-day practice support.
Job Description:
The Office Coordinator will oversee a variety of administrative responsibilities that support provider scheduling, onboarding, credentialing, payroll coordination, compliance tracking, and operational workflows. This role serves as a key point of communication between providers, leadership, and hospital departments while ensuring organizational processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain provider schedules using scheduling software.
- Process provider timekeeping and assist with payroll reporting.
- Facilitate clinician onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
- Support credentialing, enrollment, and license documentation for providers.
- Serve as the primary liaison between providers, hospital departments, and operational leadership.
- Track compliance requirements, required training, and regulatory documentation.
- Assist with billing support by organizing documentation and monitoring workflow items.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and provider files.
- Support quality improvement initiatives, audits, and incident reporting processes.
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of healthcare administrative or medical office experience.
- Experience supporting provider scheduling, credentialing, onboarding, or payroll functions.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with EMR platforms and scheduling software preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Ability to travel between two healthcare facilities in San Bernardino.
