Requirements:
- 1+ year(s) experience in welding above ground storage tanks.
- Must pass the following weld tests:
- SMAW 2G, 3G, & 4G
- FCAW 2G, 3G, & 4G
- Must obtain and maintain active status within the drug testing program and pass background screening.
- TWIC card may be required.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must have excellent attendance and show up to work on time every day.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your welding skills to ensure the structural integrity of storage tanks through various techniques like stick and flux core welding.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure your welding tasks meet all specifications.
- Inspect your work for quality control, promptly addressing any issues you may uncover.
- Work alongside your team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Keep your welding equipment in top shape with routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
PAY & BENEFITS:
- $125/day subsistence
