Outreach CoordinatorResponsibilities
- Support outreach to packaging companies, industry associations, and prospective partners through email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Help manage and track outreach activities, contact lists, follow ups, and ongoing conversations.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with packaging professionals and organizations.
- Collaborate with the FOREST team to identify new outreach opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
- Assist with sales and marketing outreach efforts to increase awareness and engagement.
- Learn about FOREST, the packaging industry, and effectively communicate our mission and value proposition.
- Maintain accurate records and help keep outreach projects organized and on schedule.
- Bring curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Qualifications include:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for tracking information and managing lists.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in sales, outreach, business development, or the packaging industry.
- Ability to support project management tasks, including tracking progress, deadlines, and follow up activities.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, ask questions, and take ownership of assigned work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, outreach, customer communication, or project management is a plus, but not required.
