Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Pomona, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $26.00/hour

Are you an experienced accounting professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for keeping financial operations running smoothly? We’re seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a growing team and support invoice processing, payment management, and customer accounting activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Process and invoice open parts, equipment, and service sales orders from Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Services.
- Prepare, send, and maintain accurate customer invoices while coordinating with internal teams.
- Process incoming payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
- Receive daily checks and prepare bank deposits.
- Generate and send monthly accounts receivable statements to customers.
- Follow up on past-due invoices and assist with collections efforts.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding billing questions and payment status.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support daily accounting operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of accounting experience required.
- Manufacturing accounting experience REQUIRED
- Bilingual in Spanish REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with Made2Manage software is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
