Mandatory / Required Skills:
<ul>
<li>6–10 years of experience in AI/ML / Deep Learning model development</li>
<li>2–3 years of hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or speech/voice AI systems</li>
<li>3–5 years of experience deploying AI solutions in production environments</li>
<li>5+ years of hands-on experience with Python and ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)</li>
<li>3–5 years of experience designing, training, and fine-tuning AI / Large Language Models</li>
<li>5+ years of experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI)</li>
<li>2–3 years of experience with model evaluation metrics, bias detection, and model optimization</li>
<li>5+ years of experience integrating AI models into applications via APIs or data pipelines</li>
<li>Strong mathematical and statistical foundation</li>
<li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps</li>
