We're partnering with a well-established consumer products manufacturer that's been an industry leader for more than 20 years. Their innovative products are distributed through major retailers across North America, and they're looking for a StaffAccountanttojointheircollaborativeaccountingteam.
Thisisanexcellentopportunityforsomeonewith1-3 years of accounting experience who wants exposure beyond traditional AP responsibilities. You'll work alongside an experienced Accounting Manager and Controller while gaining hands-on experience with month-end close, financial reporting, ERP implementation, and process improvement initiatives.

- Preparejournalentries,accruals,andprepaidschedulesinaccordancewithGAAP
- Supportmonth-endcloseactivitiesandaccountreconciliations
- Assistwithcommissionandroyaltyreporting
- Setupandmaintainvendorrecords,W-9s,and1099reporting
- Coordinatewithoperationsregardinginventory,inboundcontainercosts,andinvoiceapprovals
- Assistwithfinancialreporting,dataanalysis,andspecialaccountingprojects
- HelpsupportprocessimprovementsandERPsystemimplementationinitiatives
- Collaborateacrossdepartmentstoensuretimelyandaccuratefinancialinformation

- Bachelor'sdegreeinAccountingorarelatedfield
- 1-3yearsofaccountingexperience
- Strongunderstandingofgeneralledgeraccountingandmonth-endclose
- ExperiencewithAccountsPayableandaccountreconciliations
- AdvancedproficiencyinMicrosoftExcel
- Strongattentiontodetailandorganizationalskills
- Excellentcommunicationandproblem-solvingabilities
- Self-starterwhoenjoysworkinginacollaborative,fast-pacedenvironment
