We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Deli Prep & Stock Associate to join our team at our deli and liquor store. This role focuses on preparing fresh deli items, keeping shelves stocked, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Responsibilities:
Prepare deli items such as sandwiches, wraps, salads
Slice meats and cheeses using deli equipment safely
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with deli and liquor products
Rotate products and check expiration dates to ensure freshness
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas and store
Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory
Provide friendly customer service and answer basic questions
Follow all food safety guidelines and store policies
Qualifications:
Previous deli, food service, or retail experience preferred (not required)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Good communication and teamwork skills
Must meet legal age requirements to work around alcohol sales
Schedule:
Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay:
The starting pay will start out at $20 an hour with tips as an additional to hourly pay. Tips system is on a bi-weekly basis as well as regular pay checks too.
