Recruiting Assistant - $90k
A top law firm in Los Angeles is hiring a Recruiting Assistant to join their team!

In this hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote), you’ll partner closely with the manager to support all aspects of law student and early-career attorney recruiting, including:
- Law school outreach and on-campus recruiting
- Candidate communications and interview coordination
- Summer Associate Program planning and execution
- Recruiting analytics, reporting, and applicant tracking
- Special projects and team support initiatives
Firm is looking for candidates who possess 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, ideally within legal or professional services. The right individual will also have a familiarity with LawCruit, FloRecruit, ViDesktop, or similar ATS platforms.
