- $140K–$200K base + bonus – Full benefits, 401(k) with match.

- The pipeline doesn't dry up. West Coast refinery and petrochemical turnaround cycles mean a steady, predictable bid book — not feast-or-famine.
- You bid integrated scopes. Insulation, fireproofing, scaffold support — not the same single product over and over.
- The tools are actually there. Real estimating team, modern takeoff stack, proprietary planning software.
You're a fit if:
- 5+ years estimating industrial insulation, SFRM, or intumescent fireproofing
- You've priced refinery, petrochemical, power work, or similar
- You know Bluebeam or similar
