Our organization is in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to become a part of our dedicated team within the Department of Psychiatry. This role primarily focuses on inpatient care at the Behavioral Medicine Center (BMC), with the potential for outpatient responsibilities in the afternoons at the Behavioral Health Institute (BHI) and/or within intensive outpatient programs for children and adolescents. The position also includes teaching and supervisory duties for child and adolescent fellows, with opportunities to participate in a longitudinal teaching clinic or an integrated clinic alongside pediatrics.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $240,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not encompass variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to the specific compensation plans of the department.
