Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Media Asset Specialist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

Process and fulfill requests for digital and physical media assets while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Identify and retrieve appropriate content to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Maintain organized records of asset usage and ensure proper tracking across systems.

Coordinate with internal teams to manage high volumes of requests and prioritize workloads.

Ensure all materials meet internal approval standards before distribution.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Previous experience working with asset or library management systems and media content.

Strong proficiency with office and data tools used for tracking and organization.

Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

Familiarity with different media formats including video, audio, and text.
