Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Trucker Check-In

Job Summary

iStaffing is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Trucker Check-In Clerk for a busy warehouse in Rancho Domiguez, CA. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment while providing excellent customer service to drivers and warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out truck drivers upon arrival and departure.
• Verify shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy.
• Enter driver and shipment information into the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Schedule dock appointments and communicate with warehouse staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to drivers, carriers, and customers.
• Answer phones, emails, and assist with general office duties.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of shipping documents.
• Resolve discrepancies and communicate any issues to management.
• Follow company safety and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous CSR, logistics, transportation, or warehouse office experience preferred.
• Experience with truck check-in/check-out is highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and data entry).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
