Job Title: Packaging Associate / Backup Route Driver

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packaging Associate / Backup Route Driver. This role primarily involves packaging products efficiently and accurately for daily shipments. Additionally, the employee must be available to assist as a route driver when needed, ensuring timely and professional deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Package products according to company standards and prepare them for shipment.
Ensure accuracy in labeling, inventory counts, and order fulfillment.
Maintain a clean and organized packaging area.
Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles when necessary.
Serve as a backup route driver, delivering products safely and on time as needed.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

Requirements:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if driving is required).
Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights.
Flexibility to assist with driving duties on short notice.
Prior experience in packaging is not required. We will train.
