PVP Communications is a trusted leader in police motorcycle communication systems, serving motor units and public‐safety agencies across the country. For over 30 years, we’ve built our reputation on reliability, clarity, and exceptional service — and now we’re looking for an experienced Accounts Representative to join our Torrance team.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate and timely sales quotes, pricing proposals, and product recommendations. Our sales approach is service-oriented, not high-pressure or aggressive.
- Personally greet and assist Police Officers in our Torrance showroom.
- Manage order entry, lead times, delivery updates, and customer communication
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Represent the company at occasional industry events
- Collaborate with production, shipping, and engineering teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer service, and inside sales
- Clear, friendly, and confident communication style
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $62,000–$78,000 annually (DOE)
- Bonuses: Monthly performance-based bonuses
