Now Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Roxboro, NC
Location: Roxboro, North Carolina
We're seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an elementary school team for the 2026–2027 school year in a direct hire, long-term position.
Position Details:
- Elementary school caseload
- Full-time: 35 hours per week
- School Year: August 6, 2026 – May 19, 2027
- Direct Hire: Long-term opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services in accordance with IEPs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication and academic success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve students' speech, language, and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Valid North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license and appropriate school credential/certification required.
- Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
