We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a steady flow of business through open houses while earning rewarding commissions. You will work alongside experienced real estate professionals who believe in coaching, accountability, and learning through real client interactions. Compensation:

$140,000 at plan commissions


Responsibilities:

  • Follow the Team Plan.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and manage all aspects of open house events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Property Preparation: Oversee the preparation of properties for open houses, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light to potential buyers.
  • Communication Management: Craft and deliver effective communication strategies to engage with open house visitors, providing valuable information and guidance throughout the event.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Implement proactive follow-up procedures to nurture leads generated from open houses, maximizing the chances of conversion into sales.
  • Sales Generation: Utilize proven sales techniques to convert open house attendees into satisfied buyers, driving revenue and achieving sales targets.
  • Schedule Management: Strategically plan and schedule open houses to ensure a consistent flow of events, maximizing opportunities for property exposure and sales.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of open house strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as necessary to optimize results.


Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License: Possess a valid real estate license, demonstrating legal eligibility to conduct open house events and facilitate property transactions.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to engage with potential buyers, convey property features effectively, and follow up with leads professionally.

  • Event Coordination Experience: Have experience in coordinating and managing events, ensuring all logistical aspects of open house events are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Sales Opportunity Awareness: Exhibit a proven track record of successful sales, with the ability to leverage persuasive techniques and close deals effectively during open house events.
