Role Summary

The Senior AI Solutions Architect will serve as a key technical leader responsible for designing, building, and scaling enterprise-grade AI systems. Based in Los Angeles, CA, this role partners closely with senior leadership to translate business needs into robust AI solutions while driving technical execution. This position combines hands-on engineering with strategic influence, shaping the organization’s AI roadmap and enabling broader adoption across teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and deploy scalable AI systems, integrations, and enterprise-grade solutions
  • Design and implement AI orchestration workflows, including agent-based and context-aware systems
  • Develop and manage LLM-powered applications and integrations across business platforms
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and drive measurable business impact
  • Establish governance, best practices, and standards for AI workflows and system architecture
  • Lead integration efforts across enterprise platforms such as ERP, HRIS, and supply chain systems
  • Contribute to AI strategy and roadmap development alongside senior technology leadership
  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence and best practices
  • Promote AI adoption through internal education, advocacy, and knowledge sharing
  • Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to continuously enhance AI capabilities and scalability

Compensation & Benefits

  • $190,000 - $200,000 with discretionary bonus

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML or LLM-based systems
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or similar
  • Experience with API design, integration patterns, and modern data architectures
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures (Azure or similar platforms preferred)
  • Experience with AI orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agent-based systems
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive execution
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working across technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience with generative AI platforms and multi-model ecosystems
  • Familiarity with enterprise system integrations (e.g., ERP, HRIS, workflow automation tools)
  • Experience mentoring teams or leading technical initiatives
  • Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks
  • Background building scalable, production-grade distributed systems
